Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. After your subscription expires, your data will be securely retained for 90 days, during which you can export your records or reactivate your account.
Refunds: If you are unsatisfied with our service for any reason within the first 7 days of your initial paid subscription, please contact us at support@textilebook.in for a full, no-questions-asked refund. Beyond the first 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
