TextileBook is a comprehensive, cloud-based ERP and accounting platform specifically designed for the textile trading industry. We provide tools for multi-company management, GST invoicing, job-work (outsourcing) tracking, deep stock management, and ledger tracking. We are a software provider, not a financial or tax advisory service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data (such as GSTINs, invoice amounts, and inventory) that you enter into TextileBook. You agree to use the service for lawful business purposes only and to keep your account credentials secure.
TextileBook operates on a subscription basis. We offer flexible SaaS tiers tailored for both small traders and massive manufacturers. Subscriptions may include limits on users, companies (multi-account management), and invoice volume. Fees are billed in advance. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to creating new invoices until the balance is settled, though your historical data will remain accessible for a grace period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you stop paying or cancel, you will have 90 days to export your ledgers and business data before we permanently delete it to minimize our storage footprint and maximize your privacy. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
TextileBook's WhatsApp bot features rely on third-party integrations (Meta). While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we are not liable for outages caused by Meta or your internet service provider. You agree not to use our WhatsApp integration to send spam or unsolicited messages to customers.
TextileBook provides features that utilize artificial intelligence for data extraction. We allow you to bring your own API keys for providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Grok. You are solely responsible for any costs, usage limits, or terms of service violations incurred directly with your chosen AI provider. We securely encrypt your keys and act only as an intermediary to process your documents.
TextileBook employs industry-standard security measures, including IP-restricted CloudFront Signed URLs, encrypted storage, and strict tenant data isolation. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You agree that it is your responsibility to keep your account credentials and any shared document links confidential. If a document URL generated for you is shared outside of your organization, you assume all risks associated with unauthorized access.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEXTILEBOOK, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, DATA BREACHES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LEAKAGE OF DATA CAUSED BY YOUR MISHANDLING OF CREDENTIALS OR SHAREABLE URLS.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TextileBook from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
